1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to Conure Cards ("we", "us", "our", or the "Platform"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Conure Cards website at conurecards.com and all related services.

By creating an account, accessing, or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

The Conure Group is a company registered in England and Wales. We operate under UK law, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

2. Eligible Territories

Our services, including giveaway participation, are available only to residents of the following territories:

Users from non-eligible territories may browse our website but cannot create accounts, earn points, or participate in giveaways. We reserve the right to verify your location and may request proof of residence before awarding prizes.

3. Eligibility Requirements

• Age: You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use our services.
• Residency: You must be a resident of one of the eligible territories listed in Section 2.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may only maintain one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.

4. Account Verification

We use a two-step verification system to maintain platform integrity and prevent fraud. Optional social verification may be offered for bonus points.

5. Points System

Conure Cards operates a points-based reward system:

5.1 Earning Points

• Welcome Bonus: New verified users receive bonus points upon completing verification.
• Daily Login Streaks: Consecutive daily logins earn increasing points (pattern: 1, 1, 2, 2, 3, 3, 5 points).
• Quests and Tasks: Complete various activities to earn additional points.
• Optional partner quests: Some quests may involve third-party sponsors or partner actions. Participation is always optional and never required to enter giveaways.
• Referral Program: Earn points when your referrals reach verification milestones (see Section 6).
• Verification Bonuses: Earn bonus points for completing email and phone verification.

5.2 Using Points

• Points can be used to enter giveaways. Each entry costs a specified number of points.
• Tickets represent entries in a giveaway and are created when you spend points. Ticket costs can vary by giveaway.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for money.
• Points are non-transferable between accounts.
• We reserve the right to adjust point values and earning rates at any time.

5.3 Point Expiration

Points do not expire as long as your account remains active. Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may have their points forfeited.

5.4 Quest Board & Partner Tasks

Quest Board activities are optional and designed to offer extra ways to earn points. No purchase is required. Some quests may redirect you to third-party partners or sponsored experiences.

• Participation is optional and not required to enter giveaways.
• Third-party sites and offers are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
• We may delay, adjust, or withhold points if a quest completion cannot be verified or violates our anti-fraud rules.

6. Referral Program

Our referral program rewards users for inviting friends to join Conure Cards.

6.1 How It Works

• Each verified user receives a unique referral code.
• Share your referral link with friends: conurecards.com/register?ref=YOUR_CODE
• When someone registers using your referral link, they become your referral.

6.2 Referral Bonus Requirements

• Sign-up Bonus: When your referral reaches Level 2 (phone verified), you earn 25 bonus points.
• Streak Milestone: When your referral achieves a 7-day login streak, you earn an additional 25 bonus points.
• Revenue Share: You may earn 5% of points your referrals earn through certain activities (capped at 100 points per referral).

6.3 Anti-Abuse Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification from the referral program:

• Creating fake or duplicate accounts to generate referral bonuses.
• Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to generate referrals.
• Offering monetary incentives or payments to users for signing up (outside of our official program).
• Self-referral using multiple identities or devices.
• Any form of referral fraud or manipulation.

We actively monitor for fraudulent activity. Violations may result in forfeiture of all points, permanent account suspension, and disqualification from all giveaways.

7. Giveaway Rules

7.1 General Rules

• All giveaways are free to enter using earned points. No purchase is necessary.
• You must have a verified account (minimum Level 1) to enter giveaways.
• Some giveaways may require Level 2 verification.
• Each giveaway has its own entry requirements and deadlines.
• Winners are selected randomly using a verifiable random selection process.

7.2 Prize Values

All prizes offered through Conure Cards have an individual value of less than $2,000 USD (or equivalent in local currency). This ensures compliance with promotional regulations across our eligible territories.

7.3 Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners are selected after the giveaway end date using a random selection algorithm.
• Winners will be notified via the email address on their account.
• Winners must provide a valid shipping address within 72 hours (real time, not business hours).
• Failure to provide a valid address in an eligible territory within 72 hours may result in prize forfeiture and selection of an alternative winner.

7.4 Prize Delivery

• Physical prizes will be shipped to the address provided by the winner.
• Winners are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.
• Import duties, taxes, or customs fees (if applicable) are the winner's responsibility.

If a winner closes their account or schedules account closure before providing a valid shipping address, the prize may be re-awarded to another entrant. Accounts scheduled for closure cannot enter giveaways. If you change your mind within the grace period, active entries are restored for giveaways that have not ended.

7.5 Disqualification

We reserve the right to disqualify entries and void wins if:

• The entrant does not meet eligibility requirements.
• The entry was made through fraudulent means.
• The entrant violated these Terms or any giveaway-specific rules.
• The winner cannot verify their identity or residence in an eligible territory.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts or use false information.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform.
• Attempt to manipulate the points system or giveaway entries.
• Share, sell, or transfer your account to others.
• Engage in any activity that could harm the Platform or other users.
• Circumvent geographic restrictions using VPNs or similar tools.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or staff.
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise Platform security.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:

• You violate these Terms or any applicable laws.
• We detect fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• You provide false or misleading information.
• You abuse the referral program or points system.

Upon termination, all accumulated points will be forfeited and any pending giveaway entries will be voided. You may not create a new account if your previous account was terminated for violations.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, graphics, text, and software, is the property of The Conure Group or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the value of points in your account.
• We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or links.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence.
