Conure Club Membership Terms

1. Scope and Contract

These Membership Terms supplement our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. If a membership-specific term conflicts with the general Terms, this page controls only for the paid membership.

The checkout will identify the seller, available territory, eligibility requirements, price, currency, taxes, billing period, renewal date, minimum commitment if any, current benefits, and cancellation route. No membership contract is formed by viewing a preview, joining a waitlist, voting in a free poll, or receiving a free identity item.

2. Recurring Billing

• Membership renews automatically at the interval and price shown before purchase until you cancel, unless the checkout clearly states a fixed non-renewing term.
• Any free, introductory, or reduced-price period and the price that follows it will be displayed before you order.
• We will provide the required pre-contract information, confirmation in a durable form, renewal information or reminders, and receipts using the contact details on your account.
• You authorize the payment provider shown at checkout to process the initial and recurring payments. We do not intend to store raw card details on Conure Cards.
• If a payment fails, access may enter a limited retry or grace period and may end if payment is not completed. We will not convert a failed payment into Coins, Entries, debt-based giveaway access, or any draw advantage.

3. Cancellation and Statutory Rights

You will be able to cancel online without unnecessary steps. Unless the checkout states otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and active-only benefits continue until the end of the paid period. We will confirm cancellation and its effective date in writing.

Your statutory cancellation, cooling-off, refund, and digital-content rights are not restricted by these terms. The checkout and confirmation will explain how those rights apply, including any request to begin supplying digital services or content during a cooling-off period. Where a refund is legally due, it will be returned through the appropriate payment route.

4. Membership Benefits

The current benefit list displayed before purchase forms part of your offer. Candidate benefits may include:

• Optional active Conure Club profile styling, including special Club wreaths and a labelled Club plaque. Where offered, a selected Club wreath replaces only the standard Level wreath; the Level-colour circle, Level XP, Level, and achievement history remain unchanged. The Club plaque is a membership label and does not mean that the member's identity has been verified.
• Guaranteed or selectable digital collectibles and cosmetic variants. Paid random card pulls and improved random rarity odds are excluded.
• Community influence over future prize themes, creative direction, packaging, or presentation before a giveaway opens.
• Convenience features, additional showcase layouts, reminders, or ad-reduced display browsing where offered.
• A deterministic discount on eligible shop products at the rate, duration, and conditions shown in the membership offer and at checkout.

A shop discount may exclude specified products, delivery charges, taxes, gift products, limited collaborations, or other disclosed categories. It is personal, non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for Coins or Entries. We will not silently replace an advertised discount with a lower rate during a paid commitment period.

5. Giveaway Fairness Boundary

Same giveaways. Same odds. More ways to collect and be seen.

Membership never grants or purchases Coins, Entries, lower Entry costs, better odds, extra draw weight, eligibility, reserved capacity, earlier giveaway entry, a members-only prize pool, winner-selection influence, or special winner treatment. Giveaway entry and winner selection do not distinguish members from free users.

Member voting may influence what future giveaway is created before it opens. Members cannot influence who wins an open or completed giveaway. Essential giveaway information, free participation, results, and audit information remain available without membership.

6. Digital Items and End of Membership

Digital membership items are a personal licence for use within Conure Cards. They have no cash value and cannot be sold, cashed out, transferred, converted to Coins or Entries, or represented as an investment.

Unless the offer clearly states otherwise, permanently collected free items and retained achievement records remain after cancellation. Active-only Club signals, premium themes, animated effects, expanded capacity, member voting, and other ongoing benefits deactivate when the paid period ends. We may remove benefits obtained through fraud, payment reversal, technical error, or material breach.

7. Benefit and Price Changes

We may improve, replace, or retire membership benefits. We will give clear advance notice of a material adverse change or price increase and explain when it takes effect and how to cancel. A new price will not be charged before the date communicated to you and any rights provided by law.

8. Privacy

We process membership entitlement, payment-provider references, billing events, cancellation state, benefit use, and shop-discount use as described in our Privacy Policy. Public Club status may be represented by the Club identity signal while the entitlement is active, and members can use the available visibility control to hide that signal; payment details are not public.

9. Contact and Governing Law
