Fair Play & Age Policy

1. Age Requirement

Conure Cards is designed for users aged 16 and over. By creating an account or entering any giveaway, you confirm you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Users aged 16-17 benefit from high privacy settings by default. We do not use behavioral profiling or personalized advertising for under-18s.

2. Free Entry - No Purchase Necessary

All giveaways on Conure Cards are 100% free to enter. You will never be asked to pay to participate or to claim a prize. Each giveaway includes at least one free entry route open to all eligible users.

Additional entries may be earned through non-paid actions (e.g., logging in, optional quests, referrals). Points and entries have no cash value and are non-transferable.

3. Fairness & Draw Method

Winners are selected at random using an impartial method. We maintain auditable logs to ensure transparency and integrity. We may refuse or disqualify entries that breach the rules (e.g., multiple accounts, bots, manipulation).

Each giveaway page states the closing date and time, the number and nature of prizes, and how and when winners will be contacted.

We may exclude territories with complex customs, logistics, or compliance restrictions.

• UK shipping: Free of charge.
• International shipping: Delivery times may vary. International winners are responsible for any customs duties, import VAT, or local taxes charged by their country.
• Replacement option: Where shipping or customs are impractical or restricted, we may provide a digital gift card of equal value instead of a physical prize.

5. Advertising & Privacy

We show contextual ads only and do not use behavioral advertising for users under 18. We collect only the minimum data needed to operate your account and run fair giveaways.
